Organization Chart Management

The Organization Chart Management page allows administrators to create, view, edit, and manage organizational hierarchies for companies. This system supports multi-level reporting structures with parent-child relationships, photo integration, and visual tree displays. Each organization chart belongs to a specific company (Sponsor) and can contain unlimited hierarchical levels.

Quick Start

  1. Select a company from the dropdown filter to view its org chart
  2. Click "Add" to create a new position in the organizational hierarchy
  3. Use "Tree View" to see the visual organizational structure
  4. Click "View Chart" for a full organizational chart display
  5. Edit positions by clicking the "Edit" action button

Toolbar Functions

Button Function Description
Add Create New Position Opens the record editor to add a new organizational position. If a company is filtered, it pre-selects that company.
Back Browser Back Returns to the previous page in browser history.
Close Close Window Closes the current window or returns to Control Panel if in iframe.
?? Refresh Page Reloads the current page to refresh data.
Company Dropdown Filter by Company Select "All Companies" or a specific company to filter the organizational chart records.
Search Box Text Search Search across person name, first/last names
