Review Rentals is the management dashboard for property and facility rental bookings. It displays calendar events classified as rentals, with filtering by property, tenant, and date. Use this page to track upcoming, active, and past rental reservations.
Quick Start: Click Add to create a new rental event → select a property and tenant → set dates → save. The rental appears in the list and is automatically sorted by start date.

Add
Opens the Calendar event form to create a new rental booking. Requires the Rentals_Add permission.

Search
Text search across rental name, property, tenant, and dates. Sticky — persists across page loads.
Show All
Clears the search filter
UnDelete
Show deleted rentals for review or permanent removal
Filters
Use the dropdown filters above the table to narrow results:

Description
Organization (Property)
Select a specific property/facility. Only rentals at that property will be shown.
User (Tenant)
Filter by the user who created or is responsible for the rental.
Sort By
Choose which column to sort the results by. Click the same column header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
