The SearchPageAudit dashboard provides comprehensive monitoring and analysis of all .cfm files in your application. This powerful tool scans files for pattern compliance, tracks development tasks, manages mission-based improvements, and provides detailed insights into page usage, references, and health status. The system categorizes pages by type (Search, RecordEdit, RecordAction, RecordView, RecordDelete, Ajax, Display, TinyMCE, CustomTag, SiteRoot) and maintains detailed audit trails for each file.
Quick Start
Click Rescan Files to populate/update the audit database with current .cfm files
Use the search box or filter dropdowns to find specific pages or types
Click the arrow icon (?) next to any file to view detailed scan results, tasks, and references
Use Apply Mission to queue automated improvements for selected files
Toggle Help status or PLHA flags directly from the table for quick status updates

Opens popup to scan Admin, CustomTags, and SiteRoot folders for .cfm files. Updates database with new files and refreshes metadata for existing ones.
Ref Scan
Reference Analysis
Scans all .cfm files to identify which files reference each audited file. Populates the "Nav" column with usage indicators.
Back
Navigation
Returns to the previous page in browser history.
Close
Exit
Closes the page and returns to Control Panel. Works in both popup and full-page modes.
