This is the story of a ColdFusion application that was built over 20 years ago by a man with a dream — a network of church communities connected through technology, prayer, and shared purpose. For over a decade, that dream waited. Programmers came and went. “ColdFusion? Isn't that an antique?” they would say, and the dreamer's heart would sink a little lower each time.

Then, in February 2026, the dream woke up. In 15 extraordinary days, a partnership between a visionary builder and an AI assistant transformed a legacy platform into a modern, living system — complete with social features, mobile prayer boards, SMS integration, kitchen management, a help center, and an AI-powered mission control. This is that story.
