1. About the Site
Mens Prayer Breakfast is a free membership community supporting prayer, Bible study, kitchen volunteer scheduling, and fellowship at affiliated churches and ministries. Membership is free.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes. You may not share your account or impersonate another person.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program name: Mens Prayer Breakfast SMS Program
Operated by: WebCoPilot 2.0 LLC
Purpose: Account verification (one-time login codes), event reminders, kitchen schedule confirmations, prayer request acknowledgments, and account notifications.
3.1 How to Opt In
You opt in to receive text messages by:
- Creating a free account at mensprayerbreakfast.com
- Entering your mobile phone number on your profile page
- Checking the consent box that reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Mens Prayer Breakfast for login verification codes, event reminders, and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
- Entering the one-time confirmation code we send by SMS to verify the number is yours (double opt-in)
Only after the double opt-in is complete will your number receive any further messages.
3.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity, the events you sign up for, and your role (member vs. kitchen volunteer vs. admin). Most members receive fewer than 8 messages per month.
3.3 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Mens Prayer Breakfast does not charge you for messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
3.4 HELP and STOP
At any time, you may:
- Reply STOP to immediately and permanently opt out of all SMS messages from this program. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP to receive a message with our contact information and a reminder of how to opt out.
You may also remove your phone number from your profile page at any time, which has the same effect as replying STOP.
3.5 Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site to:
- Post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to access another member's account
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the site
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy site content without permission
5. Prayer Requests and User Content
Prayer requests and other content you submit may be visible to other members or shared during prayer breakfast meetings. Do not include sensitive personal information you do not wish others to see.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebCoPilot 2.0 LLC and Mens Prayer Breakfast are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or SMS program.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
