We do have a standard Saturday Morning Menu that we prepare:
We start cooking at 6:30 AM to be ready by 7:30.

First we begin singing right at 7:30, and we gather around the table and we hold hands in unity Praising our God, and asking for the Holy Spirit to come be with us.  We have some intial prayers that we say, and we unite in God's Spirit, and after that we begin to eat.

Coffee - Of Course!
Looking at the Table we start with:
1. Orange Juice
2. Bagels that we get from Dunkin Donuts
3. Chip Beef on Toast
4. French Toast or Pancakes, or Fritters
5. Bacon and Sausage
6. Eggs, is a type of Omelett that is Eggs and Cheese
7. Separate Dish to add your own, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Pepers
8. Big Bowl of Mixed Fruit

We are being asked to entertain more healthy offerings.  We have done this in the past, with not a great response, but times change and we are willing to try.
Food is important, but even more important  "It is written, 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'"
If there are any announcements, or pop testimonies, we try to have them start around 7:50, and then we start with a Prayer for the Reading of the Scriptures.  And then we read what ever scripture has been planned for that Saturday.
After the reading of the scriptures, we have open discussion on the readings, and we hear how different people were affected by the readings.  And we share lots of different ideas, and other references to other scriptures or other spiritual areas, that are inspired by the days readings.  This is a most fruitful time, and we stay sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Generally around 8:20 to 8:30 we begin to ask for any specific prayer request that anyone may have, and want to share with us.  This could be for our wives, our children, our Church or our Country.  It could be having to deal with Healing Issues for ourselves or our loved ones.  We always try to pray for the Churches Prayer list that is provided for each man every Saturday to take with them, and to make notes on for any requests that came up during the morning.  We can then take these with us for reference during the week.
Around 8:40 to 8:45, we go into prayer, and we hold up all the prayer requests that have been made, and everyone has an opportunity to ask for prayer for anything that the Spirit is moving them to ask for prayer for.  We end with the Our Father at 9:00 AM Promptly.
